Strategy and Implementation

Echos towing will implement a strategy over the next (2) years to penetrate specific markets in southern California. Our ability to be successful in Los Angeles County will allow us to introduce our business formation to additional counties in the entire state of California.

Focus on target markets prior to expansion. We must differentiate ourselves and aim to separate ourselves from towing company by meeting all of our promises and going the extra mile when necessary.

Positioning

Echos towing is not only trying to throw together a successful company. But Instead, Echos towing will ultimately build a unit comprised of a select group of team members.

Though initially, Echos towing will be looking to utilize industry relationships and strong alliance, we will create a brand name for ourselves and establish direct relationships in order to bring strength and credibility to our organization.
